Question C&R Handgun PPT

I want to purchase a C&R handgun from PPT in California. I’m and FFL03 and COE holder.

Do still need to go through a FFL and Dros. Owner is elderly and can’t make it to FFL.

Yes, handguns must go through a 01 FFL and DROS. only long guns are exempted.

Yes, That is correct. Call the FFL beforehand to see if the do wait period exempt with the proper documentation.

It proceeds like a regular PPT, but you will take the gun home the same day. Make sure you get your 1 in 30 also.
